Abstract：Study of stability and consistency of rubidium atomic clock was described. And comparison of methods to express frequency stability, comparison of stability of same rubidium atomic clock at different life-span, comparison of stability of multi rubidium atomic clocks of same model, study of stability, drift rate and consistency were analyzed in emphasis and detail.
