Abstract：According to the technical characteristics of medical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system, and based on the experimental data, MRI detection system parameters and specifications,including the main magnetic field strength, the signal noise ratio and image uniformity are researched and determined. The uncertainty of main magnetic field strength is analyzed and evaluated. The result of expanded uncertainty for the main magnetic field strength of medical MRI system is U=9.8 mT （k=2), and these are consistent with MRI clinical and quality control requirements.
