Abstract：In order to improve the accuracy of egg safety inspections test results, the uncertainty determination of total residues of ribavirin and its metabolites in eggs was evaluated by LC-MS/MS. According to the method of national standard SN/T 4519—2016 "Determination of ribavirin residue in foodstuffs of animal origin for export LC-MS/MS methods", the whole experimental process was evaluated. The main sources of uncertainty in evaluation process were the measurement repeatability, recovery rate, the weighting of sample, dilution and constant volume in sample pretreatment, preparation of standard solution, the standard curve fitting process and instrumental analysis. The extended uncertainty was 0.88μg/kg(k=2) when the total residues of ribavirin and its metabolites in eggs was 9.94μg/kg, the standard curve fitting process contributed the most to the uncertainty of measurement result.
