DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.01
In order to establish Chinese micro liquid flow standards, the micro liquid flow facility of different countries and regions have been investigated. The flow range is 50nL/min~1000mL/min, and the uncertainty is 0.04%~4.5%. The parameters such as flow range, uncertainty level, pressure, temperature are collected, and the water supply system, degassing system and liquid collection system of the facility are classified and summarized. The water supply system is mainly composed of capillary tube, injection pump and mass flow controller. The degassing system is mainly composed of ultrasonic degassing or online degassing. The liquid collection system is mainly divided into three methods:the outlet pipe and the beaker form a liquid bridge and humidity trap, the outlet pipe is immersed in the liquid surface and the oil film is covered, and the outlet pipe is immersed in the liquid surface and the humidity trap. Finally, the main sources of uncertainty such as timer drift and communication delay, balance drift and calibration, evaporation, buoyancy and surface tension, flow stability and repeatability are summarized.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.02
At the end of 2014, the first gas flow close loop standard facility in China was built in National Institute of Metrology (NIM). The standard facility uses four DN100 turbine flowmeters as master meters, and the achievable flowrate range is 40~1400m3/h as well as the pressure range is 190~2500kPa. Based on the in-situ calibration technology of the master meter and the pressure measurement method of absolute pressure+differential pressure, the best uncertainty of the standard facility to calibrate the flowmeter is 0.18%(k=2). In January 2020, the gas flow close loop standard facility passed the construction standard assessment, and the testing service was officially launched in March 2020.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.03
The on-line environmental adaptability experiment system of flowmeter is composed of two parts, the test box and the control unit. The test box adopts the upper and lower split structure, which can adapt to the complex experimental environment. It can be installed in different experimental pipelines. The system can simulate the temperature range of (-40~60) ℃ and the relative humidity range of 30%~98%. It can test the change of flowmeter in different environments.Through the test of six electromagnetic flowmeters, the following conclusions can be drawn:With the change of ambient temperature, the indication error of different flowmeters varies, and the maximum variation is about 12.63%. The results show that the harsh ambient temperature has obvious influence on some electromagnetic flow meters. Different ambient temperature has little effect on the repeatability of electromagnetic flowmeter.

Numerical Study on The Influence of Pipeline Valves on Liquid Flow Characteristics
JI Jie-qiang,ZHENG Jian-ying,YU Song-qing,WU Xiao-jie,CHENG Le-ming
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.04
To investigate the influence of valve opening on the flow characteristics, the 3D calculations are carried out to simulate a circular pipe containing a ball valve by CFD method. The opening and closing process of the valve are modeled by the dynamic grid technology. Firstly, the flow characteristics inside the pipe with the valve fully opening are studied, and the results are compared with the experimental data from literature. It shows that using the standard k-ε turbulence model could get more accurate results. Furthermore, the flow field distributions at different valve opening degrees are investigated. The simulation results show that the change of valve opening degree has obvious influence on the downstream flow field. However, the disturbance will gradually weaken along the flow direction, and the flow field return to uniform distribution at the critical distance. Flowing through the valve, the liquid flow is separated to form a high velocity region and low velocity region at the cross section. For different valve opening degree, the flow velocity stratification is different. With the decrease of opening degree, the critical distance first increases and then decreases, and the maximum critical distance appears at 50% opening degree.

Study on Velocity Distribution of Pipeline under Fully Developed Condition
CAI Qin,LIU Dun-li,HU He-ming
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.08
In order to analyze the flow velocity distribution of the pipeline and its center symmetry, a plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter is used to measure the flow velocity of each area in the pipeline under the conditions of different installation angles and different flow velocity points. The experimental results show that the velocity of the pipeline decreases from the center to the edge, which is basically symmetrical distribution in the high velocity state and asymmetrical distribution in the low velocity state; the velocity of the area above the pipeline section is slightly larger than the area below, and the velocity of the horizontal centerline area is slightly larger than the vertical centerline area. It is shown that the velocity distribution of the pipeline is not strictly centrosymmetric under the fully developed condition, the change of the installation angle of the multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter on the pipeline will cause the change of its measurement performance to a certain extent, especially in the low flow rate state.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.09
Due to alternative refrigerants requirement a heat pipe heat exchanger was developed charged with refrigerant R32, which owns low global warming potential. Experimental study and evaluations had been done in the standard psychrometric laboratory upon heat pipe heat exchanger charged with R32 under different working conditions according to its thermodynamic characteristics. For performance evaluation the energy, energy efficiency and exergy were adopted in both quantity and grade basing on the first and second law of thermodynamics. The results indicate that refrigerant R32 shows better performance for winter conditions compared to summer conditions, especially in temperature effectiveness, heat transfer rate, energy efficiency ratio, dimensionless entropy generation rate and exergy loss merit. Compared to parallel heat exchangers, the temperature effectiveness of inclined heat exchanger increases by 11.7 to 12.9% averagely with 5 degree inclination angle, and energy efficiency ratio (EER) rises by 0.6 to 3. The dimensionless entropy generation rate decreases by 0.012 in summer and 0.0024 in winter when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference increases by 1 degree for parallel heat exchanger. For inclined heat exchanger, the exergy loss rate merit increases by 0.0159 in summer and 0.0015 in winter for one degree.

XU Rui-xiang,YAO Yi-guo,ZHAI Heng-tao,TANG Fa-wei,HAN Ming,XIAO Yuan-huan,XUE Lei
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.13
To study the meters factor of clamp-on type ultrasonic flowmeter under different pipe diameters with different flow velocity points, six pipes are selected within the pipe diameter between 100mm to 400mm and six flow velocity points are selected within the range of 0.3~3m/s to experimental study. The results of experiments show that the error of every flow point changed slightly under the same pipe diameter. With the increase of pipe diameter, the error under the same flow point decreases and the meters factor increases. By establishing mathematical model, the meters factors are compared between the mathematical model and the experimental study, it proves that of using the mathematical model to derive the meters factor under different pipe diameters is feasible, it can improve the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter under different pipe diameters.

LIN Hu,YANG Wu-wei,XUE Zi,YANG Guo-liang
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.15
The camshaft is one of the important parts of the engine, and its accurate measurement and error evaluation has always been the research focus of precision measurement. The current research status of camshaft geometry measurement technology and the specific instruments based on various measuring principles were introduced comprehensively. At present, the vertical camshaft measuring instruments with high accurate and multi-function are popular applied, and the optical non-contact measuring methods and instruments have a great prospect for development because of high measuring efficiency. Some key technical methods applied in cam measurement data processing and error evaluation are analyzed. Each method has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, more suitable methods still need to be studied. A cam measuring method based on the principle of laser interferometry is proposed. The laser interference length measurement can be directly traced to the length reference “m”, which can improve the measurement accuracy of the cam. The calibration and unification of various camshaft measuring instruments are of importance in future. The JJF 1795-2020 Calibration specification for camshaft measuring instruments is released and implemented, which provides a unified reference method for the calibration and inspection of instruments. However, the evaluation for software algorithm is still currently lacked in domestic, so it is urgent to carry out relevant research work.

CHEN Xiang-jun,ZHAO Zhi-fang,Ren Guo-ying,LI Da-chao,BAN Zhao
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.16
In order to improve the absolute positioning accuracy of robot end, a calibration method of robot kinematic geometric parameters based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) was proposed to identify and compensate the parameter errors of industrial robots. First, in order to avoid the singularity when two adjacent axes of the manipulator are parallel, MDH parameter method was adopted to establish the error model. Secondly, in order to define the measurement data on the same coordinate axis, the coordinate conversion method of synchronous calibration of robot orientation and hand-eye relationship combined with model precision compensation was used. Then particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was used to identify the model geometric parameter error. Through the simulation, experimental calculation and calibration of ABB industrial robots, the average absolute positioning accuracy of robots was improved by 66.9%. The results showed that the calibration algorithm can effectively identify the model parameter errors of the robot and improve the absolute positioning accuracy after compensating the model parameters of the robot.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.29
In view of the fact that the only measurement method can not meet the calibration requirements of high accuracy and full range differential resistor reading instrument, the digital multimeter is proposed as the measurement standard, and the comparison method is used to calibrate the resistance ratio indication error, resistance indication error. The uncertainty of measurement results of resistance ratio indication error is analyzed, and the expanded uncertainty is 6×10

(k=2). In order to improve the accuracy of measurement results, the method of adding variable resistance into the calibration circuit is used to measure the influence of core wire resistance on indication value. At the same time, the four wire resistance linearity experiment is carried out to analyze the reliability of DMM as the measurement standard, and then verify the scientificity of calibration method.

Radiation environmental monitoring is an important part of ensuring radiation safety and public health. The high-pressure ionization chamber is usually used for radiation environment monitoring, and the five most common high-pressure ionization chambers in the domestic nuclear instrument market are selected for systematic experimental research. Experiments were conducted on its effective range, relative inherent error, energy response, overload characteristics, high and low temperature response, and vibration response. The research results show that the five high-pressure ionization chambers selected in the experiment can meet the needs of radiation monitoring. It can provide reference for nuclear instrument development unit.

The determination of total sulfur content in natural gas is to transport the on-site natural gas samples to the laboratory through the sampling steel cylinder. The ordinary sampling cylinder is easy to adsorb sulfide, while the passivated sampling cylinder can reduce the adsorption of sulfide. The adsorption of sulfide by passivated and ordinary steel cylinders is analyzed quantitatively by the ultraviolet fluorescence method, and the data are compared. The results show that the passivated sampling cylinder can hardly adsorb the sulfide, and the total sulfur content can be accurately analyzed by using it, while the ordinary sampling cylinder can adsorb the sulfide to a certain extent and follow certain adsorption kinetics, which makes the sample no longer representative, and the total sulfur content cannot be accurately analyzed by using the passivation sampling cylinder. It is recommended to use passivated cylinder for total sulfur content analysis.

Application Analysis of GUM Method and Adaptive MCM Method in Uncertainty Evaluation of Seawater Salinity Measuring Instrument Calibration Device
WANG Peng-peng, ZHAO Shi-wei, LIU Yuan-yuan, MENG Wen-rong
DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1158.2020.Z1.33
The GUM method and the adaptive Monte Carlo method (adaptive MCM method) were used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the seawater salinity measuring instrument verification device, and the GUM method was verified by the adaptive MCM method. Four kinds of designs were also designed to verify the impact of the air buoyancy term. The results showed that the measurement uncertainty based on the adaptive MCM method was very close to the GUM method. The GUM method has been verified at each detection point, but the adaptive MCM method was simpler and more accurate, which provided a simple method for establishing military salinity standard; the estimated salinity error caused by the air buoyancy term was ±0.0003, and the uncertainty introduced was small. The reproducibility and environment of the seawater salinity measuring instrument verification device was an important part of the measurement uncertainty evaluation, especially for the measurement uncertainty evaluation of low salinity detection points, which had influence on the traceability of salinity.
