A New-typed Non-cooled High Gas Temperature Sensor |

Abstract A non-cooled high gas temperature sensor based on new-typed composite shell is introduced, including shell material and its process, and optimal designing method. Adaptability experiment to high temperature gas environment and temperature measurement deviation test are performed in the hot calibration wind tunnel, and temperature measurement deviation on the condition of high pressures are calculated according to the test results. The results show that the developed temperature sensor has the advantages of high accuracy, good toughness and thermal-shock resistance, and the relative temperature measurement deviation of the temperature sensor ranges from 0.7% to 1.0% under the condition of 0.5 MPa pressure. The temperature sensor can be used to measure high gas temperature under severe conditions in the fields of avation and aroespace accurately.
