Abstract  According to the Doppler principle, the motor vehicle radar simulation test device is designed that can be used for field measurement. In a laboratory environment and the road installation site, the whole test on the radar velocimeter and vehicle speed automatic monitoring system,were carried out and the test data were compared with that the metrological laboratory in a satisfactory conclusion.
