Abstract The principle and process of the measurement are presented. The experimental results is analysed, the influence of vacuum on the transmittance of Brewster window is negligible compared with the uncertainty of optical power measurement and reproducibility of window transmittance measurement. The window transmittance measured in the air meet the requirement of cryogenic radiometer.
