Abstract ISO/IEC 17025 requires that “the laboratory carrying out testing shall evaluate the measurement uncertainty”, but the current total station plus constant and multiplication constant verification process and verification results have no uncertainty analysis and evaluation, and the verification and measurement results lack the description of quantitative parameters. Taking TS06power-2″ total station as an example, the uncertainty transfer method and Monte Carlo method are used to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement of addition constant and multiplication constant. The research results indicate that the difference between the two evaluation methods in the evaluation results of additive constant and multiplicative constant are 0.04mm and 0.09mm, respectively, and both meet the verification limit requirements, indicating that both evaluation methods are effective and feasible.
