Abstract In the 350kHz~30MHz frequency band, in order to accurately obtain the field strength where the loop antenna is located, the antenna factor of the loop antenna needs to be calibrated. The three-antenna method is an absolute method for calibrating the antenna factor.Antenna calibration using the three-antenna method requires three antennas to form three antenna pairs and does not require any reference standard.TAM is discussed in detail, a calibration system based on a vector network analyzer is set up, and the standard uncertainty of the calibration system is evaluated.It is not possible to derive the uncertainty introduced by the calculation formula based on K(i,j). Therefore, the numerical electromagnetics code (NEC) simulations are used to evaluate the uncertainty of K(i,j). The evaluation results show that the extended uncertainty of the four typical frequency points in the 350kHz~30MHz frequency band is less than 0.81dB (k=2).
