Abstract Method validation is researched on transgenic cotton Mon15985 quantitative realtime PCRA multilaboratory validation experiment is carriedThrough statistical analysis, the reference value of Mon15985 plasmid reference material is 1.02, with expanded uncertainty of 0.04(k=2)?Comparing plasmid molecules and transgenic cotton Mon15985 genomic DNA, both slope and linear correlation of the expansion curve are replaceableTherefore, the transgenic cotton Mon15985 plasmid reference material can be used as analytical testing standards in relevant transgene detection experiments.
