Abstract In order to more accurately carry out the traceability and magnitude transfer of X-rays at low dose rate levels,six low air ratio kinetic energy X-ray reference radiation were established according to ISO 4037-1.The half-value layer, energy spectrum, average energy and effective energy of the corresponding radiation are obtained through experiments. Compare data with ISO4037 and PTB data, NIST data,The error is within 5%,It indicates that the established X-ray reference radiation quality meets the requirements of the standard specification.Subsequent research on low-dose rate X-ray quantity recurrence and quantity transfer methods will continue, laying the foundation for international and domestic value transfer and comparison work.
