Abstract  The TPH (triple point of equilibrium hydrogen) is one of the reference fixed points at the low-temperature rang in the international temperature scale of 1990(ITS-90) and the national primary fixed point of the temperature. In the previous primary temperature standard facility, the realization process of the TPH is time-consuming and inefficient. In order to solve these problems, a new type of realization facility of the TPH based on closed-cycle refrigerator, realized the TPH under the quasi-adabatic condition, has been developed by National Institute of Metrology of China. The program based on the Labview is used for instrument controlling and automatic measuring. The facility improves both efficiency and measurement accuracy. The results show that the repeatability of the TPH is better than 0.05 mK and the standard uncertainty is better than 0.1 mK
