Abstract According to the application requirements and research status, a newly formaldehyde analyzer calibration device was developed based on static distribution method, which can produce formaldehyde standard gas with accurately concentrations. It also has more advantages such as good reproducibility, strong robustness, and its uncertainty is smaller than 3%(k=2). This device can also be used to calibrate detectors, leak detectors or analyzers of methanol, ethanol, ethyl ether, benzene and a series of low boiling point organic gas, which solve quantity transmission and traceability issues of a large class of gas anaslyzers.
