Abstract Through analyzing the measured data of LYNF 5000 t / d cement production line, the line has a practical clinker output of 5587 t / d. The heat consumption of sintering system is 3166.8 kJ/kg. The first stage outlet has got a slightly higher temperature at 321 ℃. The C1 separating efficiency is 92.81%, which can be significantly improved. The poor cooling effect of grate cooler results in the low-quality & high temperature clinker and the heat recovery efficiency isn't ideal. The production potential is great by analyzing the measured data. The heat consumption, electricity consumption and clinker output are saved after production system is improved.
