Abstract The research of 20.8~301.9keV monochromatic X-rays provides basic guarantee for ground calibration of space-borne detectors. Two sets of hard X-ray detector ground calibration facilities were established. One of them is a double-crystal calibration facility equipped with X-ray tubes with tube voltages of 220kV and 600kV, a set of double-crystal monochromator. And monochromator crystal adopts Si(220) crystal and Si(551) crystal, by means of adjusting Bragg diffraction angles can achieve monochromatic X-rays beam of (20.8~70.1) keV and monochromatic X-rays beam of (46.6~196.5) keV respectively. The other set is a single crystal calibration facility equipped with a 600kV X-ray tube and a single crystal monochromator. Using Si(551) crystal can realize monochromatic X-rays of (33.6~301.9) keV. Two sets of hard X-ray detector ground calibration facilities realized monochromatic X-rays of (20.8~301.9) keV together. The energy resolution of the double crystal calibration facility is 1.80%@23.2keV, 1.19%@70.1keV; the energy resolution of the single crystal calibration facility is 1.53%@92.6keV, 5.55%@301.9keV, it can meet the calibration requirement of Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor, Space Variable Objects Monitor and Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory.
