Equal Proportion Offset Quantitative Collimator in Application of Laser Interferometer

Abstract  An equal proportion offset quantitative collimator in application of the laser interferometer is designed.The inspectors can conveniently and quickly and precisely measure the light path and adjust the light path at one time. Taking a 6m CMM positioning error as an example, the method of collimating the light path based on the quantitative adjustment of the proportional offset only needs to be adjusted once and spend time is less than 2 min.
