Research on Indoor Virtual Linear Baseline |

Abstract A virtual indoor straight baselines is researched. The method of calibration for virtual linear baseline by electronic total station and the principle of establishing indoor straight baselines are proposed. With the sources of uncertainty analyzing, the expanded uncertainty U=1.4 mm (k=2) is estimated, when the distance of the virtual indoor straight baselines is 100 meters. The hand-hold laser distance meter is tested by using the virtual indoor straight baselines. The results show that it is reliable.
