Research on Measurement Method for Rotary Table Calibration System

Abstract  To numerical control rotary table measurement, the main uncertainty contributions of the rotary table calibration system of the RX10 and XR20-W have been analyzed. The proper calibration method for this system has been presented after the influence of the corresponding fix ring and adapting flange has been analyzed. The max index error change was 0.6″after the improved fixing method.
