Development of Anti-vibration-type Vortex Flowmeter with Low Power and Digital Processing

Abstract  An algorithm combing frequency-domain substation with frequency-variance calculation is proposed for the vortex flowmeter with two sensors. A signal processing system is developed with super-low power MCU, and a good experimental results are obtained. This type of flowmeter can measure the frequency of the flow-rate accurately even if the power of vortex flow signal is less than that of vibration noise, and can work in the mode of low-power and two-wire.
