Abstract  A new identification method for Wiener-Hammerstein model in industrial large-scale systems is proposed. This method combines the decentralized identification of high accuracy advantages of the linear system identification with hybrid particle swarm optimization to solve the nonlinear,non-differentiable,and the complexity of the multi-peak strengths of the composite control, and using dynamic measurement methods in metrology, simulation model of the dynamic measurement is built.Simulation and experimental results show that the application of this method is very effective in the nonlinear distributed parameter systems, and can improve the accuracy of the identification.
