Abstract  A intelligence optimization algorithms is integrated to construct an intellectual optimization platform, including particle swarm optimization algorithm, ant-colony optimization algorithm, genetic algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm, chaos algorithm and complex algorithm. The platform is consisted of four modules: input module of optimization problem, adjusting module of optimization algorithm, optimization calculation module and output module of optimization results. The optimization platform is applied in the optimization design of RGB LED which is mixed with white light, to optimize the luminous efficiency and the color rendering index of the hybrid lighting module. The calculating methods of luminous efficiency and color rendering index of the hybrid lighting modules is put forward.
