Abstract

With the development of science, technology and economy, the generation and maintenance of stable and reliable time and frequency signals become increasingly important. In order to improve the reliability of the time-keeping system, the consistency test system of working clock and backup clock was constructed. The phase and frequency synchronization of the main and backup atomic clocks were realized by synchronization algorithm. The control method of atomic time under normal and abnormal traceable links was designed. The design requirements of software, hardware and environmental factors of the time-keeping system were expounded. Thus, the time-keeping system can meet the high reliability requirement in an all-round way.
