Research on the Photo-electric Characteristic Calibration of Solar Cells |

Abstract Based on the solar simulator method, calibration equipment for terrestrial solar cell’s I-V characteristic was established. Herein, the method and procedure for its accurate measurement is proposed. To calculate its uncertainty, influencing factors such as irradiance intensity and spectral mismatch of the light source, spectral responsivity mismatch between the reference solar cell and tested solar cell, and temperature, etc. ,were analyzed here. The relative combined uncertainty of Isc,Voc and Pm were,1.2 % (k=2),0.9% (k=2),1.5 % (k=2).
