Abstract  The experimental setup of reproducing Co-C high temperature eutectic point is introduced, and the effect on the reproducibility from a variety of temperature boundary conditions is analyzed by comparing the experimental data under different temperature conditions. The result shows that the temperature boundaries could affect the duration of temperature platform through the increase and decrease in temperature. The metal melted more quickly when the upper boundary of temperature was higher. While different lower boundaries of temperature could cause the difference in freezing points, with a difference of 0.003937mV from -30 ℃ to -20 ℃. When the lower boundary of temperature was lower, the freezing point temperature became lower.
