Error Analysis of the Face to Face Sound Intensity Probe under a Standing Wave Field |

Abstract According to the structural characteristics of the face-to-face configuration,based on the microphone equivalent acoustic models,the phase mismatching characteristic of sound intensity probe is analyzed.Then the causes of error and the distribution curves of the face to face sound intensity probe under a standing wave field are discussed in detail.Tiny standing wave field caused by support brackets will affect the accuracy of phase calibration.An improved method is proposed.Finally,the analysis models and conclusions are verified by experimental results.
