Abstract:A novel design of the rotor static balance measuring instrument structure is introduced, in which an agate blade bearing and autocollimator are adopted, and high accuracy measurement for rotor static balance is realized. A novel mechanism combining coarse fine double blades bearing ensures high precision and wide range, reduces the wear and tear of blades, and improves the efficiency of measurement. The sensitivity coefficient of the instrument is adjusted by measuring the swing period of rotor bearer. The instrument is calibrated by standard weights, experiment results show that the precision of the instrument is about 4mg·mm and the measurement range is about 2000 mg·mm.
