Abstract:It has a direct effect on profile deviation and pitch deviation for the installation eccentricity in the measurement of the gearwheel.According to the relationship between installation eccentricity and meshing line increment,the mathematical model of the meshing line increment which is generated by the installation eccentricity is established.The mathematical models of compensation on profile deviation,pitch deviation and cumulative pitch deviation are presented.Through the experiment of measuring gear involute master and master gear installed eccentrically,the validity of compensation models are verified.Finally,applications of compensation models are given.
