Abstract:The thermal conductivity measurement instrument is designed according to the requirement of the steady-state measurement for thermal resistance,and the controllability of the experimental process is realized by automatic control technique.Through comparison with the standard reference block, the test device satisfies the standard requirements.With this device, some data of thermal conductivity are obtained about the thermal insulating metal material, the temperature range is from 80 ℃ to 220 ℃,the uncertainty of the apparatus is ±1.3%, and the thermal conductivity changs from 0.040 W/(m·K) to 0.053 W/(m·K).
