Abstract:The traditional current transformer calibrator is generally only suitable for the error measurement of power frequency current transformer, and the error measurement range is narrow. In order to satisfy the calibration of wide error range wideband current transformer, the principle of measuring small current by current comparator is adopted, and a wideband current comparator error measuring instrument based on current comparison ceremony is developed. The embedded control module is used to generate the high-precision differential current in phase and orthogonal with the operating voltage through the programmed conductivity box G and capacitance box C under the operating voltage, and the measured error current is input to the current comparator winding for balance measurement. The current transformer error measuring instrument synchronizes the current signal of the current standard loop in the error verification loop. Under the control of micro-processing, the error current signal of the difference loop of the error measuring instrument is automatically balanced to realize the automatic collection and independent balance of signals under various working current frequencies. The calculation of ratio error and phase error of current transformer, data storage, display and real-time data upload are realized.
