Abstract:Based on the working principle of insufflator and relevant measurement technical specifications, the research on the calibration method of insufflator is carried out, a simulated abdominal cavity system is established, and the calibration device of insufflator is built. Software and hardware functional architecture of the calibration device of insufflator are elaborated,intelligent calibration of insufflator is realized by utilizing automatic measurement program.A typical insufflator model is calibrated and the uncertainty is evaluated. The expanded uncertainty of air pressure set value error is 77.02Pa(k=2), and the expanded uncertainty of flow display value error is 5.98% (k=2).The results show that the developed calibration device of insufflator can be applied to the performance testing of insufflator.
