Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low working efficiency of the traditional calibration device for digital thermo-hygrometers which is unable to meet the growing demand and the data by manual record cannot be rechecked and traced. Using machine vision technologies such as image segmentation, processing, character recognition and so on. An automatic calibration system for multi-meter digital thermo-hygrometers is designed based on LabVIEW. More than 10 models and a total of 30 digital thermo-hygrometers were used for automatic calibration experiments. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of the automatic calibration system is more than 99.3% and the calibration results can be ensured to be correct through manual recheck, which verified the reliability of the automatic calibration device and system.
