Abstract:Based on the principle of the volume of the castor oil and the buoyance changed when the energy is absorbed by the castor oil, it has designed and achieved the target filled with the castor oil and suspended in the water. And further it has established the system of measurement of the ultrasound power using the balance for the displaying the change of the target, which is solved the traditional calorimetry to accurately measure the temperature field distribution problem. Compared to the plane wave power measured by the radial force balance method, the effectiveness of the measurement system using the calorimetry method for measurement of the acoustic power is validity. And further study of high power and non-plane wave sound field will be carried out.
