Research on Algorithm of Camera Automatic Horizontal Observing Mark of Glass Gauge

Abstract:An algorithm of camera automatic horizontal observing the mark of glass gauge was introduced based on the relationship between marking opening size in image plane and camera height in motion system. The program block diagram of algorithm was given. The experimental results showed that the image processing error was the main uncertain factor affecting repeatability and the algorithm provided an efficient solution for camera automatic horizontal observing mark of glass gauge.
