摘要 针对电磁水表低功耗的要求,提出间歇励磁方式,每周期进行一次三值波励磁;针对电磁水表需要在励磁电流小、传感器输出信号非常微弱的条件下实现极低测量下限的要求,提出信号重构滤波的处理方法,将幅值解调后的信号重构为矩形波信号,以便对信号进行梳状带通滤波,从而保证电磁水表的测量准确度。研制了基于MSP430低功耗单片机的变送器,并进行水流量标定实验,结果表明:该系统满足1级水表的测量准确度,且流量测量下限可达0.4m3/h,量程比可达400。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of low power consumption of electromagnetic water meters, an intermittent excitation method was proposed, and three-value wave excitation was performed every cycle. In response to the requirements of electromagnetic water meters to achieve a very low measurement lower limit under the condition of a small excitation current and a very weak sensor output signal, a processing method of signal reconstruction filtering was proposed to reconstruct the amplitude demodulated signal into a rectangular wave signal, so as to facilitate the comb band-pass filtering of the signal, thereby ensuring the measurement accuracy of electromagnetic water meters. The transmitter based on the MSP430 low-power MCU was developed and the water flow calibration experiments were carried out. The results show that the system can meet the measurement accuracy of the first-class water meter, and the lower limit of flow measurement can reach 0.4m3/h, and the turn-down ratio can reach 400.
