摘要

数字多用表因为具有多种测量功能广泛应用于科研生产部门、国防技术及工农业生产等领域。与台式数字多用表相比,手持式数字多用表由于缺少程控接口,只能通过显示屏上的LED数字管显示测量数据,其自动化测试是电学计量领域的一个难题。介绍了研制的手持式数字多用表校准装置的设计思路及各功能模块。研制的装置可满足日常手持式数字多用表的校准要求,且在保证校准结果准确的前提下,效率提高了72%。

Abstract

Digital multimeters are widely used in the fields of scientific research and production, national defense technology and industrial and agricultural production because of their various measuring functions. Compared with the desktop digital multimeter, the hand-held digital multimeter, can only display the measurement data through the LED digital tube on the display screen due to the lack of program control interface, and its automatic test is a difficult problem in the field of electrical measurement. The design idea and function modules of the hand-held digital multimeter calibration device were introduced. The device can satisfy the calibration work of daily hand-held digital multimeter, and its efficiency was improved by 72% on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of calibration results.
