Abstract:The uncertainty analysis of dew point measurement of natural gas based on cooling mirror condensation hygrometer was carried out. The source of uncertainty was analyzed in detail by establishing mathematical model. The uncertainty components and synthetic uncertainty introduced in the process were evaluated. The results showed that the expanded uncertainty is 0.8℃ when the factor k=2 and the confidence probability is 95%. This method has the characteristics of fast measurement speed and high accuracy. It is suggested that the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results be further improved by increasing the number of tests and improving the proficiency of the inspectors.
