Abstract:Several kinds of ultra-stable standard resistor were introduced. A new type quantum Hall resistance (NQHR) sample was developed. On the basis of the new type NQHR sample application, several kinds of ultra-stable standard resistor were measured without oil bath. Measurement data shows a new type passive ultra-stable resistor without temperature control having better performance than the tradition commercial resistor both in 24h noise distribution and temperature coefficient behaviors. Long term tracking measurement of the ultra-stable resistor indicated ultra-stable resistor has temperature delay effect. For better measurement, temperature control should be applied at least 3 days before measurement.
