Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low test efficiency and poor stability of the contact resistance test of the conductive ring due to the manual test of the contact resistance and insulation resistance of the conductive ring, a programmable conductive ring resistance automatic test system was designed. The conductive ring resistance automatic test system is composed of host computer software, milliohm meter GOM804, TOS7200 and switch matrix. The switch matrix receives the command from the host computer, controls the corresponding channel relay to close, and connects the tested conductive ring to the measurement channel. When one channel measurement is completed, the system automatically switches to the next channel for testing according to the node information in the test table. A high-speed automated test of the conductive ring is realized, the test efficiency is increased by more than 90%, and errors caused by manual operation are avoided, and the reliability of the test results is improved.
