摘要 针对导电环的接触电阻和绝缘电阻手动测试存在测试效率低,且由于手持表笔力度不同导致导电环接触电阻测试稳定性较差的问题,设计了可程控导电环电阻自动测试系统。可程控导电环电阻自动测试系统由上位机软件、毫欧表GOM804、兆欧表TOS7200以及开关矩阵组成,开关矩阵接收上位机指令,控制相应通道继电器闭合,将被测导电环接入测量通道,当一路测量完成后,系统自动按照测试表格中节点信息切换到下一通道进行测试。实现了导电环的高速自动化测试,测试效率提高了90%以上,且避免了手动操作带来的误差,提高了测试结果的可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low test efficiency and poor stability of the contact resistance test of the conductive ring due to the manual test of the contact resistance and insulation resistance of the conductive ring, a programmable conductive ring resistance automatic test system was designed. The conductive ring resistance automatic test system is composed of host computer software, milliohm meter GOM804, TOS7200 and switch matrix. The switch matrix receives the command from the host computer, controls the corresponding channel relay to close, and connects the tested conductive ring to the measurement channel. When one channel measurement is completed, the system automatically switches to the next channel for testing according to the node information in the test table. A high-speed automated test of the conductive ring is realized, the test efficiency is increased by more than 90%, and errors caused by manual operation are avoided, and the reliability of the test results is improved.
