Abstract:The tube voltage, tube current and inherent filtration of the X-ray machine are important parameters for the quality control of the X-ray machine. Measurement of X-ray tube voltage, tube current, and intrinsic filtration is necessary for the performance evaluation of X-ray machines and the establishment of reference radiation. Taking an X-ray machine with a tube voltage upper limit of 225kV as an example, the tube voltage of the X-ray machine is measured by the energy spectrum end point method, and the X-ray machine can display the tube voltage value within the range of ±0.2%; The finger-type ionization chamber PTW30013 measures the linearity of the high-energy X-ray tube current, and the measured tube current performance of the X-ray machine is good; the inherent filtration of the X-ray machine is measured by the half-value layer method, and the intrinsic filtration is 0.058mm Al.
