Abstract:In order to improve the effect of yarn color measurement,the feedback multi-spectral imaging method is proposed. Firstly, eight channel multi-spectral imaging system was established,and narrowband filter was constituted eight different wavelength. Secondly,threshold of yarn and background segmentation was chosen, yarn target information was obtained to increase the proportion of optimal segmentation threshold. Finally, feedback nonlinear was used to solve spectral reflectance. Experimental simulation shows that the feedback multi-spectral imaging method are better than other methods about CIEDE2000 color difference and root mean square error.
