Abstract:A method of calculating the pose of the fuselage based on the longitudinal symmetry was studied. The method combined the fuselage structure and the assembling process to extract the intersection point and key feature along the symmetry. The neutral plane was fitted and the first position and attitude adjustment vector were gotten. Based on the coincidence of the neutral plane, the fuselage adjustment saddle point programming model was proposed to distribute weight for each docking point according to the “max-min” principle. Through the application of assembling middle and rear fuselage, the validity of the method was verified.
