Development of Component Analysis Reference Material for Acesulfame Potassium,Sorbic Acid and Sunset Yellow in Apple Vinegar Beverage

Abstract:Acesulfame potassium, sorbic acid and sunset yellow in apple vinegar beverage is prepared and certified as component analysis reference material. High performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD) method is optimized and established for target material measure and analysis. One-way analysis of variance of homogeneity test result shows that the reference material is homogeneous. Linear regression trend analysis of stability test result shows that the reference material is stable at least in 7 months. Values certified is cooperatively defined by 9 laboratories.The certified values and expanded uncertainty (k=2) are as follows: acesulfame potassium (141±8)mg/kg, sorbic acid (259±12)mg/kg, sunset yellow (8.45±0.33)mg/kg.
