Abstract:In order to solve the measurement error caused by the detection time delay of the pressure switch, an automatic calibration method is designed based on the comparison of the switching error of the pressure switch. According to the research on the mechanism of the automatic calibration of the pressure switch, a comparative model of the cycle approach is constructed, and the function relation between the switching error of the pressure switch and the rate of pressure change is determined. Using model scheme, the automatic calibration system is built. The closed loop feedback to adjust the rate of pressure change in real time is used, the switching value is obtained. The influence of pressure change rate and delay time is reduced in the calibration process by the automatic calibration method, and the experimental results show that the measurement accuracy is improved by 50%.
