Abstract:Raman spectroscopy is commonly used for molecular structure determination and qualitative and quantitative analysis. However, Raman spectra are rarely corrected for variations in spectrometer, which often leads to severe distortions in relative peak intensities, resulting in lack of comparability of Raman spectra between different instruments. Relative intensity calibration reference material and standard equipment of laser confocal microscopy Raman spectrometer is used, and homogeneity and stability of the reference material are examined. The results indicated that the standard reference material is homogeneous and the stated values are valid for one year, moreover, the correction curve of prepared reference material is consistent with that of NIST SRM2243.
