Design and Realization of Remote Measurement and Control System of Transformer Temperature Controller in Internet of Things Mode

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of long time and dangerous operation of the transformer thermostat calibration test, the cloud computing technology was combined to study the transformer thermostat remote calibration device and its control technology. And a remote calibration system for transformer temperature measuring based on cloud technology is established. The system was equipped with a GPRS communication unit. And the plurality of constant temperature tanks, the switch quantity collecting system as well as the terminal equipment were unified through cloud technology for communication. Therefore remote intelligent identification, monitoring and hosting functions can be realized. The system was applied in a 220kV substation in Liaoning Province, and the whole process was running normally and efficiently.
