Abstract:A telecentric optical imaging system has been designed to solve the problem of brake master cylinder compensation hole imaging. In the design, industrial endoscope to extend the range of imaging system is adopted. Its back-end is connected with CCD camera which captures the image information of compensation hole through the endoscopic moving back and forth. As endoscopic imaging optical path is designed into an optical path which combines telecentric structure in the image space with telecentric structure in the object space, solving the detection error problem well which the brake master cylinder compensation hole image is caused by suppositional focus, thus improving the detection accuracy of the system. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy is 0.01 mm.
