Abstract:The spectral responsivity of a high speed, high resolution spectrum measurement system is calibrated via the TG HT9500 high temperature blackbody furnace. The short term stability of the furnace is experimentally studied. A model of the spectral responsivity calibration is established. Calibration is carried out within the temperature range between 1000 to 1800 ℃,the measured spectrum at 1 400 ℃ is compared with the calculation which showed a signal divergence less than 2.7%.
