Abstract:The serious dynamic-static discrepancy will be caused when the copper cylinders which calibrated statically are used to measure the dynamic pressure. The application characteristics of copper cylinders statically calibrated by the pressure measuring method of the second pre-pressure are analyzed detailed. Taking 8mm×13mm copper cylinders for instance, in order to reduce or eliminate the dynamic-static discrepancy; dimensional analysis and similarity theory are used to establish the correction equation. The measuring results had been corrected and the correction method has been put forward to reduce the measuring discrepancy of the copper cylinders statically calibrated, which can improve the accuracy of the measuring, and at the same time recover a large number of measuring results of copper cylinders statically calibrated. The research provides credible pressure data for various types of weapons and ammunitions.
