Abstract:On the basis of the principle of optical disc data jitter generator and Bessel-zero method, a method to measure the jitter based on Bessel-zero method is proposed. Then, the calibration system of optical disc jitter and its evaluation of uncertainty in measurement are described. The results of theoretical analysis and experiments indicate that its expanded uncertainty of measurement is 0.13% in CD mode, and 0.18% in DVD mode.
