基于恒温纯水置换称重法的容积测量方法与不确定度评定
Volumetric Measurement Using the Isothermal Pure Water Displacement Weighing Method and Evaluation of Its Measurement Uncertainty
基于恒温纯水置换称重法,设计并构建了正压平缓注水容积测量系统,验证了该系统在测量过程中的可靠性,并在此基础上制定了相应的测量方案与工艺流程。实验结果表明:1 000 ml标准容器及管路的容积测量值为1 008.06 ml,扩展不确定度U k=0.011 1%(k=2);200 ml标准容器及管路的测量值为215.77 ml,扩展不确定度Uk =0.019 7%(k=2)。所提出的方法为微流量校准系统的容积测量提供了稳定、可靠的解决方案,提高了流量计量设备的整体校准精度和测量一致性。
A low-velocity positive-pressure injection volume measurement system was designed and constructed based on the constant-temperature pure water displacement weighing approach. The reliability of the system during the measurement process was verified, and accordingly, a corresponding measurement scheme and process flow were established. Experimental results show that the measured volume of the 1 000 mL reference container and its associated piping is 1 008.06 mL, with an expanded uncertainty of 0.011 1% (k=2). For the 200 mL reference container and its piping, the measured volume is 215.77 mL, with an expanded uncertainty of 0.019 7%(k=2). The proposed method provides a stable and reliable solution for volume measurement in micro-flow calibration systems, thereby improving the overall calibration accuracy and measurement consistency of flow metering devices.
